I have fund a bill in the state, with HSBC car. I paid the loan for two years before filing Chapter 13 bankruptcy. I lose the payment in the Chapter 13 Trustee for 3 years before falling sick, my job and become unable to make payments to. Since then I have tried to maintain my debts and satisfy creditors. I have problems is with HSBC! I called and offered to pay some debt to leave me alone and stop harassing calls. The phone numbers you do not call me, but worse still, those listed as references for 6 years. The first offer was rejected, and after I gathered my resources, I could offer more money. The offer now stands at 50% of the balance. Still to be resolved, and the car blue book for less than what I tell them, and yet I hear from them is the word RE-OP. I will not declare bankruptcy again, and I had no problems with other creditors, but I need something as soon as possible before these people do make me crazy. Orh, and found out my credit card records that the account has been recharged. In addition, you want this car so bad, it has no value because it requires a transfer and not in almost 3 years. Ideas or advice is greatly appreciated.
