How to Sprain my Wrist? - how to treat a maculopapular rash

Well, I'm not crazy, but I need to know how to sprain or break your wrist, because I write an article about their health. Please do not say I'm crazy! to say to all locations, treat them like, I need to know in detail how to write. Thank you!

Fall onto an outstretched hand, which stretch or tearing of the ligaments of the wrist. Falling on the pavement after a fall in cold weather. Sports such as basketball, volleyball, cycling, skiing, snowboarding, skating, soccer and lead to sprains of the wrist. A poor balance, limited flexibility and movement joints are other factors to a sprained wrist. can be strongly affected by the wall
